About the role

  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Organization and coordination of appointments, meetings, presentations and conferences
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including room set-up, technical equipment and documentation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail at the division level

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
  • Initial professional experience in an assistant, staff or coordination role
  • Excellent organizational skills; structured and independent working style
  • Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion, reliability and strong communication skills
  • Service- and solution-oriented mindset
