About the role
- Planning and organization of patient care within the interdisciplinary team
- Symptom management in close collaboration with our physicians
- Routine home visits and crisis intervention
- Counseling and instruction for patients and their relatives
- Collaboration with our cooperation and network partners
- Participation in on-call duty (5x/month, including 1 weekend per month)
Requirements
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in / Pflegefachfrau‑/Pflegefachmann)
- Further training in palliative care is an advantage or willingness to complete such training
- Empathetic and respectful interaction with patients and their relatives
- Team and communication skills, organizational talent and the ability to work independently
- Driver’s license (Class B)
