About the role

  • Independently manage a group of approximately 400 employees with regard to all HR processes from hiring to exit
  • Prepare employment contracts, certificates and employment references
  • Independently perform payroll processing
  • Provide competent support to employees and their supervisors
  • Maintain employee master data and personnel files, and perform general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or an equivalent qualification
  • Solid practical experience in payroll processing and personnel administration
  • Knowledge of current social security and employment law
  • Conscientious and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
