About the role
- As part of an interdisciplinary operating room team, you assist in surgeries across various specialties
- You are responsible for the careful preparation and follow-up of the operating unit, including the required instruments
- With empathy and strong communication skills, you care for your patients and ensure the smooth running of the operating room
- In addition, you will be entrusted with supervising and instructing OTA trainees
- Participation in on-call duty
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialized nurse, surgical technologist (OTA) or registered nurse—ideally with advanced training in perioperative care
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
- High professional and personal competence
- Enjoyment of dedicated and constructive teamwork
