About the role
- In this position you will serve as Project Coordinator for Building Services (TGA) HLSK (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HLSK.
- Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools and daycare centers, residential and office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
- You will take responsibility for overall project coordination, implement client requirements, and manage the project team to ensure smooth execution and on-time completion.
- You will be the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and project stakeholders.
- You will ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and continuously monitor quality assurance measures.
Requirements
- You should have previous professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
- Ideally you have experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, climate) or you have specialized in one of them.
- Additionally, you bring a solid foundation in the following areas:
- A degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services, or a comparable field — OR you are a state-certified technician (Techniker) or master craftsman (Meister) in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary, or climate (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project management/project coordination.
- You demonstrate respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project participants.
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to using new tools.
- To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Important: A valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
