About the role

  • Project Coordinator Building Services (HVAC/Plumbing) (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit
  • Responsible for overall project coordination and implementation of client requirements
  • Primary contact for all project-related questions and for conducting meetings with clients
  • Ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, and performing project controlling

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services
  • Experience in the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
  • Degree in engineering—ideally with a focus on energy supply, building services engineering, or a comparable field—or alternatively a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination/project leadership
  • Respectful approach and strong communication skills within the team and with project stakeholders
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German
