About the role
- In this position you will be Project Coordinator TGA HKLS (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale projects in building services engineering – with a specialization in the area of HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning).
- Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
- Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you take responsibility for the entire project coordination, ensure implementation of the client’s requirements and lead the project team to guarantee smooth processes and on-time completion.
- Communication – You are the primary contact for all questions arising from the project and hold discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.) – you also actively participate in project meetings and present project statuses.
- Control – You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, manage project controlling and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
- You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on technical building services (TGA).
- Ideally you have gained experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of them.
- Additionally, you bring a solid educational background: you hold a degree in an engineering discipline – ideally with a focus on building services, supply engineering or a comparable field – OR you are a state-certified technician or Meister (master craftsman) in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination.
- You are distinguished by respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient in common MS Office products and open to using new tools.
- To guarantee optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
