About the role

  • Project Coordinator for Building Services (TGA) within our STF Energy business unit
  • Lead various large-scale projects in building services with a specialization in heating, ventilation, sanitation and air conditioning (HVAC & Plumbing)
  • Coordinate project requirements and manage the project team
  • Point of contact for all project-related questions and active participant in project meetings
  • Monitor costs, schedules and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
  • Experience across multiple trades (heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
  • Degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on building services, mechanical services or a comparable field OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, plumbing or air conditioning (HLSK)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination/project leadership
  • Respectful, collaborative approach and strong communication skills within the team as well as with clients and other project stakeholders
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications and open to adopting new tools
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid work permit for Germany for non-EU citizens
