About the role
- In this position you will serve as Project Coordinator TGA HLSK (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale projects in building services engineering, specializing in the HLSK area (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning).
- Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
- You act as the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
- You ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and maintain a strong focus on all quality assurance measures.
Requirements
- You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
- Ideally, you have experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of them.
- Additionally, you bring a solid foundation in the following areas:
- A degree in engineering – ideally with a focus on building services, plant engineering or a comparable discipline – OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project management/project coordination/project leadership.
- You are characterized by respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient with standard MS Office applications and open to learning new tools.
- To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
