About the role

  • MEP Planner – HVAC & Plumbing (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit
  • Planning for various large-scale projects in building services engineering with a specialization in HVAC & plumbing
  • Independent calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
  • Independent creation of floor plans, schematics and sectional views
  • Use of digital twins – fully digital representations of buildings
  • Close collaboration with electrical planners, project managers and HVAC/plumbing colleagues
  • Participation in weekly project and status meetings

Requirements

  • Professional experience in building services/MEP, e.g., in HVAC/plumbing detailed planning, technical system planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role
  • Ideally experience in the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or specialization in one of these trades
  • Completed (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on building services/supply engineering or similar OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (H, V, S, AC)
  • Practical experience with industry-specific CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and with tendering/bidding software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
