About the role
- Overall responsibility for the complete project coordination
- Implementing client requirements and managing the project team
- Point of contact for all project-related questions and conducting project meetings
- Ensuring compliance with budgets and schedules, as well as project controlling
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
- Experience in the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or specialization in one of them
- Degree in engineering or state-certified technician/master in the HLSK trades
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination
- Respectful manner and strong communication skills within the team and with clients
- Proficiency with common MS Office products and openness to new tools
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Valid work permit for Germany for non-EU citizens
