About the role

  • In this position you will serve as Project Coordinator for Building Services (TGA) with a focus on HVAC/Plumbing within our STF Energy business unit, leading a variety of large-scale building services projects.
  • The projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential and office buildings, as well as grocery stores and hotels.
  • Coordination: Responsible for overall project coordination, implementing client requirements and managing the project team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communication: Main contact for all project-related questions and participation in project meetings.
  • Control: Monitor adherence to budgets and schedules, perform project controlling, and oversee quality assurance measures.

Requirements

  • You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
  • Ideally you have practical experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of these areas.
  • You hold an engineering degree—preferably in building services engineering, supply engineering, or a comparable field—or you are a certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project leadership/project coordination.
  • You demonstrate respectful conduct and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
  • You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to using new tools.
  • To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good written and spoken German language skills.
  • Important: Non-EU applicants must provide valid work authorization for Germany.
