About the role

  • In this position you will serve as Project Coordinator Building Services (HVAC & Plumbing) (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit and lead a variety of large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HVAC/Plumbing.
  • Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
  • Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you will take responsibility for overall project coordination, implement client requirements and manage the project team to ensure smooth processes and on-time completion.
  • Communication – You are the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients/owners and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You will actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
  • Control – You ensure compliance with cost targets and schedules, handle project monitoring and controlling, and consistently keep all quality assurance measures in focus.

Requirements

  • You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services/technical building equipment (TGA).
  • Ideally you have gained experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
  • In addition, you should bring a solid foundation in the following areas:
  • You hold a degree in engineering—ideally with a focus on building services engineering, energy supply technology or a comparable field—OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project leadership/project coordination.
  • You are characterized by a respectful manner and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
  • You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to learning new tools.
  • To ensure optimal communication among all parties involved, you need very good written and spoken German skills.
  • Important note: Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
