About the role

- Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
- Coordination – Using your expertise and initiative, you will take responsibility for overall project coordination, implement client requirements and lead the project team to ensure smooth workflows and on-time delivery.
- Communication – You are the primary point of contact for all project-related matters and conduct discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You will actively participate in project meetings and present project status updates.
- Control – You ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and keep quality assurance measures under continuous review.
- For our projects we have developed a project management tool specialized for TGA planning – our TGA-Cockpit!
Requirements

- You hold a degree in engineering — preferably in building services, mechanical engineering with a focus on supply/utilities engineering, or a comparable field — OR you are a state-qualified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination.
- You demonstrate respectful interpersonal skills and strong communication, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to new tools.
- To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
