About the role
- Coordinate all project activities and take responsibility for implementing the client’s requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related questions and hold discussions with clients and project stakeholders
- Attend project meetings and present project status updates
- Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, project controlling and quality assurance measures
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA / technical building systems)
- Experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, cooling/air conditioning) or specialization in one of these areas
- Completed engineering degree—ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services or a comparable field—or a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing or cooling/air conditioning)
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership, project management or project coordination
- Respectful interpersonal skills and strong communication, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders
- Familiarity with common MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- A valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens
