Controller

• Oversee the financial performance of a diverse portfolio of select-service and full-service hotels across the country
• Navigate both centralized and decentralized accounting environments to ensure financial excellence across multiple properties
• Provide accurate, timely, and objective financial data to support informed business decisions
• Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements and guide economic objectives and policies
• Maintain cash forecasts, oversee banking activities, and ensure a clean balance sheet across properties
• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and local, state, and federal tax requirements
• Support new property acquisitions including setting up banking, credit cards, payroll, and tax accounts
• Work closely with General Managers, Controllers, and Ownership accounting teams to drive financial goals
• Manage a small team of accounting professionals and leverage M3, ProfitSword, Microsoft Office, and Excel
