About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our clients in consulting, planning and implementing complex network projects
- Administration and configuration of Windows IT infrastructures
- Troubleshoot and analyze faults in our clients' IT infrastructures
- Carry out complex IT projects at client sites
- Configure and maintain IT security components
- Analyze and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Virtualize server environments with VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Administration of Microsoft® Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and Microsoft® 365
- Network administration (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, certificates, monitoring)
- Administration of Office 365 server applications, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree in an IT-related field, or several years of practical IT experience
- Broad general IT knowledge and very good technical understanding
- Friendly and professional demeanor, both externally and internally
- Efficient and reliable working style
