About the role
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels (website, email, social, and digital media) that support brand awareness and business objectives
- Support website and digital content strategy by contributing to messaging, campaign pages, and performance-driven content that aligns with go-to-market priorities
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans for external audiences, including media relations, press releases, and stakeholder engagement to enhance company visibility and reputation
- Serve as a key point of contact for media interactions, managing inquiries, coordinating interviews, and ensuring consistent messaging
- Partner with marketing leadership to align brand messaging and communications strategies across all external channels and campaigns
- Collaborate with executive staff to develop key messaging themes and narratives that support company goals and product launches
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including executive communications, press releases, customer announcements, blog posts, and thought leadership articles
- Support internal communications initiatives to promote organizational alignment, employee engagement, and company culture
- Support executive preparation for media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry events
- Manage relationships with external PR agencies, media organizations, and communication vendors
- Promote events, conferences, and tradeshows through targeted communication activities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related field
- Proven track record developing and executing strategic communications campaigns that drive business results
- Strong, versatile writing skills with experience authoring press releases, executive communications, and external-facing content
- Experience managing media relations activities and serving as a company spokesperson or key media contact
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex technical and industry topics into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with communications tools and platforms (e.g., content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media)
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
