About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Prior experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred but not required
