About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assume responsibility for installing new systems, performing maintenance, servicing, and repairing Mühlbauer production machines at our customers' sites
As part of our product portfolio, you will undertake short- to mid-term service trips worldwide, primarily to the USA
Prepare service reports and customer documentation
Advise customers and conduct on-site customer training
Supervise external maintenance teams, analyze malfunctions, and carry out troubleshooting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed technical training in electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or a related field (m/f/d)
Experience and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment and the ability to inspire our customers
Excellent technical understanding and strong mechanical skills
Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machines
Willingness to travel worldwide / initial posting would be the USA
Strong goal- and solution-orientation
Good communication skills
Good written and spoken English skills
German language skills desirable
Assertiveness
Strong team orientation
Class 3/B driving license
US visa an advantage
