About the role

  • Proposes upgrade /service module / solution to client
  • Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
  • Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs
  • Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muehlbauer branding of target market in ASIA
  • Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis
  • Follows all Muehlbauer corporate culture positively and correctly

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or related university program certificate
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
