About the role
- Proposes upgrade /service module / solution to client
- Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
- Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs
- Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muehlbauer branding of target market in ASIA
- Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis
- Follows all Muehlbauer corporate culture positively and correctly
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or related university program certificate
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
