About the role

  • Process customer inquiries and orders
  • Create, maintain and follow up on quotations in SAP
  • Handle customer orders from a technical and commercial perspective
  • Support existing customers, process inquiries and coordinate follow-up orders
  • Reach out to new customers by phone or digitally and maintain customer data in the system
  • Co-develop sales strategies for existing and new customers
  • Optimize internal processes within the sales environment

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, machining technician)
  • Initial professional experience in sales or strong motivation for a career change
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Confident presence, organizational skills, negotiation ability
  • Team player, flexible, able to work under pressure
