About the role
- Develop concepts and specifications, and perform design and engineering of modules and machines
- Plan and execute process validations during the introduction of new equipment and products
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes, including machine capability and process capability studies to determine key performance indicators
- Identify and eliminate process instabilities and continuously optimize manufacturing processes
- Apply statistical methods for data-driven production control
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, electronics, and software teams to align machine processes with product requirements
- Create and maintain documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer specifications
Requirements
- Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable field
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and quality management standards
- Confident use of analysis and evaluation software
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills
