About the role
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections of documents
- Monitor compliance with job specifications, quality standards and completeness
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions
- Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to supervisors
- Enforce adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Investigate root causes of defects or deviations and participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) planning
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce quality incidents
- Provide input on quality training and help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control within a production environment
- Vocational training in quality management or a technical discipline
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in high-volume document production
- Knowledge of document production processes and workflows
- Understanding of quality management systems and relevant industry standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/QMS tools)
