About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support IT project management, ensuring objectives are met within established time, cost, and quality constraints
- Use program and portfolio management methodologies to optimize project execution
- Apply the PMBOK methodology to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects
- Implement Scrum to manage agile projects, promoting collaboration and continuous delivery of value
- Use agile methods, such as Kanban and Lean, to improve process efficiency and product quality
- Contribute to product management by understanding customer needs and translating them into product requirements
- Hold or be willing to obtain professional certifications, such as PSM I, CSM, and PMP, to demonstrate project management competence
- Oversee information systems, ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned with the company’s strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree (bachelor’s or higher) from an institution recognized by MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education)
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Project Management Support
- Knowledge of program and portfolio management methodologies
- Knowledge of the PMBOK project management methodology
- Knowledge of the Scrum agile project management framework
- Knowledge of agile methods such as Kanban and Lean
- Knowledge of product management
- Certified Scrum Master PSM I issued by Scrum.org or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) issued by Scrum Alliance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising information systems
- Position also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)
