About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
  • Perform systems analysis, gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Participate in the design, development, integration, testing and deployment of technology solutions.
  • Create and maintain applications, automated flows, forms, dashboards and integrations between systems.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Integrate solutions with databases, APIs and SOAP/REST Web Services.
  • Support the definition of architecture, technical standards and development best practices.
  • Prepare effort estimates, timelines and resource requirements for solutions.
  • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance, incident analysis and technical support for applications.
  • Produce and maintain technical and functional project documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, Systems Analysis, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge or experience in software development using one of the following technologies:
  • - Java: Quarkus, Spring Boot and Apache Camel; or
  • - .NET: .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, MVC/Razor, Web API and Entity Framework.
  • Experience or knowledge of SOAP and REST Web Services.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices and collaborative development.
  • The following will be considered a plus:
  • - Knowledge of Power BI.
  • - Experience with Power Automate.
  • - Experience with Power Automate Desktop or WinAutomation.
  • - Knowledge of healthcare management processes.
  • - Experience with effort estimation, planning and sizing of technology solutions.
  • - Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure or Agile methodologies.
