Key responsibilities & impact

Manage large-scale strategic IT projects from planning through final delivery.
Develop and monitor schedules, project plans, budgets, risks, and performance indicators.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet established quality standards.
Collaborate with business and technology areas to define priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
Challenge stakeholders and teams to find more efficient solutions, optimize resources, and achieve better outcomes.
Ensure local solutions are aligned with global architecture and corporate guidelines.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously monitor project progress, identifying risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present executive reports and status updates to leadership and global stakeholders.
Ensure clear, structured, and ongoing communication between local and international teams.
Review technical and functional requirements, validating alignment with business needs and proposing alternatives when necessary.
Promote best practices in governance, portfolio management, and continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 5 years in a Senior Project Manager role leading complex IT projects.
PMP (Project Management Professional – PMI) certification required.
Proven experience managing global, cross-functional projects.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and hybrid models.
Knowledge of project portfolio management, governance, and performance monitoring.
Experience with process mapping and process review.
Strong analytical skills, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capacity to work autonomously and within global teams.
Advanced English.
