About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end vulnerability remediation program.
Coordinate Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure, Cloud and Change Management teams.
Plan and track remediation waves.
Ensure SLAs are met by severity/criticality.
Lead operational, tactical and executive meetings.
Manage schedule, risks, impediments and dependencies.
Track backlog, aging, compliance and productivity metrics.
Ensure adherence to GMUD (Change Management) processes.
Coordinate maintenance windows.
Consolidate executive presentations for the client.
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing Infrastructure, Cyber Security or Technology projects.
Experience in Vulnerability Management or Patch Management programs.
Knowledge of Tenable, Prisma Cloud, Qualys, Rapid7 or similar solutions.
Experience with ITIL (Change, Incident and Problem Management).
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux and Cloud environments.
