About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology), participating in the project team for implementations.
Be responsible for medical and operational AI projects.
Provide equipment support, training, and ongoing support for systems across different modalities, manufacturers, and vendors.
Support the operations/support team by analyzing, handling, and resolving tickets, ensuring service continuity and availability.
Provide technical support to users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of RIS and PACS systems.
Experience with medical and operational AI projects.
Familiarity with innovations and updates in imaging examinations and diagnostic imaging.
Preferred: Experience in outpatient clinics and hospitals.
