About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional support and maintenance for corporate mobile applications
- Receive, analyze, track, and address incidents, requests and problems related to the applications
- Support business users and technical teams by performing functional analysis, diagnosis and routing of requests
- Support functional testing cycles, user acceptance testing and validation of mobile applications
- Operate and administer Mobile Center (OpenText/UFT Mobile), Device Farm or similar tools
- Manage Android and iOS devices, performing configuration, preparation and provisioning for test execution
- Analyze logs and failure evidence and assist QA and Development teams in identifying root causes and resolving issues
- Execute tests and validations of REST APIs using Postman or equivalent tools
- Use incident, request and backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar
- Prepare functional documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base articles
- Work in an agile environment, participating in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Experience in Functional Support, Application Maintenance and User Support
- Experience analyzing and tracking incidents and requests in corporate applications
- Experience supporting business users and development teams
- Experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing and validation of mobile applications
- Knowledge of operating Mobile Center (OpenText/UFT Mobile) or similar tools
- Experience managing Android and iOS devices for testing
- Knowledge of log analysis and fault investigation
- Experience validating and consuming REST APIs using Postman
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Git
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
