About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B consultative selling, business development, and full sales cycle (prospecting, engagement, and closing)
  • Experience with complex customers or accounts
  • Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree (any field; IT/Computer Science is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Strong hunter profile, with high commercial drive and a results-oriented focus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
  • Discipline and organization in CRM usage and pipeline management
  • Interest in technology, digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Ability to use AI in daily work and to lead consultative conversations about AI solutions with clients
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
