About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the Scrum Master responsible for the operational leadership and advancement of the agile maturity of the company's digital squads, ensuring application of agile methodologies, promoting high team performance, removing impediments, supporting project governance, and ensuring efficient delivery execution, always aligned with the business's strategic priorities and the needs of the involved areas.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, Refinement, and other rituals necessary to sustain the squads' operational cadence.
Work in partnership with Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders, fostering continuous alignment between planning, execution and prioritized deliveries.
Monitor the backlog, sprint progress and operational status of deliveries, ensuring visibility, organization and continuous tracking of team execution.
Identify dependencies, risks, impediments and areas of concern throughout the development flow, acting proactively to remove blockers that could compromise deliveries.
Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), tracking the full lifecycle of work items from intake through post-production.
Shield the team from external interruptions, conflicts or factors that may impact productivity, focus and delivery capacity of the squads.
Extract, monitor and present team performance metrics and indicators, using data to track productivity, predictability, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Support the Product Owner in organizing, structuring, visualizing and prioritizing the backlog and roadmap for the products under their responsibility.
Ensure correct use of agile management tools, maintaining up-to-date boards, organized work items and operational governance of the teams.
Lead initiatives aimed at advancing the organization's agile maturity, promoting continuous improvement, best practices and spreading agile culture across teams and partner areas.
Support onboarding, training and integration of new members into the agile practices, frameworks and processes adopted by the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator or in similar roles within agile environments.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and continuous flow management.
Experience in complex corporate environments, working with multidisciplinary squads and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in operational management of squads, backlog oversight, agile metrics and performance indicators.
Knowledge of and practical experience with agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Boards or similar tools.
Experience with agile governance, operational cadence and management of organizational rituals.
Familiarity with continuous improvement practices, team facilitation and impediment removal in digital development environments.
Certifications related to agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Management 3.0.
Ability to work collaboratively across business areas, technology, vendors and internal teams.
