About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as product owner, ensuring clear vision, strategic prioritization, and alignment with business objectives;
Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, considering impact, risk, value, and technical dependencies;
Lead the design and evolution of digital payment journeys;
Facilitate refinement sessions, alignments, and agile ceremonies;
Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and success metrics;
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security best practices;
Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Senior Product Owner or equivalent role;
Experience managing complex backlogs and mission-critical systems;
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
Ability to work with product data and metrics;
Experience with tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and similar;
Plus: Experience with banking systems.
