About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and release supplier orders in the SAP system;
Monitor the routine for rejected payments and handle the processing of refunds;
Analyze and validate alerts generated by the anti-fraud engine;
Manage Salesforce requests related to area-specific issues;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (completed or in progress).
Knowledge of consortium business rules and experience with Power BI.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Analytical mindset, ability to work well in a team, attention to detail, strong communication skills for addressing client requests, professional maturity, and proactivity.
