About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support leadership in defining and implementing talent management strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Knowledge of talent management methodologies and organizational development.
Excellent communication skills and empathy.
Proactive and adaptable.
Results-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
Experience with HR management software.
Knowledge of employee engagement and workplace well-being practices.
