About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of talent management methodologies and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy.
- Proactive and adaptable.
- Results-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with HR management software.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and workplace well-being practices.
