About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for the development of applications and solutions using Python.
Define scalable, resilient, and secure architectures in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Design and implement APIs, microservices, and complex integrations.
Develop event-driven solutions and distributed processing systems.
Participate in defining development, security, and governance standards.
Support the evolution of data and application architecture.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Strong professional experience in Python development in corporate environments.
Experience building REST APIs and microservice architectures.
Experience with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Advanced knowledge of:
- Object-oriented programming
- Design patterns
- Clean Code
- Software architecture
- Automated testing
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
