Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure support teams meet required minimum coverage and availability requirements.
Support recruitment, selection and management processes for the support team.
Assist the support team with processes for organizing activities.
Assist the client in resolving obstacles to ensure the success of software support activities.
Monitor the support team to drive issue and defect resolution and ensure compliance with minimum service levels.
Communicate progress of activities carried out by the support team to stakeholders with transparency and clarity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing software development and support activities.
Leadership and people management skills.
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certificate issued by Scrum.org or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) issued by Scrum Alliance.
Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design.
