About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the agile transformation strategy and the implementation roadmap.
Ensure timely and appropriate training and coaching for teams, fostering an agile culture.
Act as an advisor to executives and leaders, supporting mindset and behavior change.
Monitor transformation progress, collecting evidence of impact and proposing continuous adjustments.
Remove organizational impediments (cultural barriers, structural and logistical challenges).
Lead the development of internal capabilities, promoting autonomy and continuous learning.
Support team members in planning, implementation and continuous improvement (squad level).
Work strategically with a focus on critical analysis of operational metrics, promoting data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Serve as a reference in coaching and mentoring, using techniques such as co-coaching, powerful questions and dialogic learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office suite.
Required certifications: SAFe, CSM, KMP, LPM, Project/Program/Portfolio Management.
Desired certifications: Management 3.0, OKR.
Experience working as an Agile Coach in complex corporate environments.
Deep knowledge of scaled agility, organizational transformation and leadership development.
Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing diverse areas and promoting synergy among teams.
Systemic and strategic vision, with a focus on sustainable results and a continuous improvement culture.
Ability to adapt to different organizational contexts and agile maturity levels.
