Higher education in IT or currently pursuing a degree;
Experience with ITSM tools for ticket management is a plus; experience using ServiceNow is desirable;
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues;
Good communication and user support skills;

Basic knowledge of information security;
Previous experience in large-scale corporate environments;
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extract data for investigation of incident records based on recurrence, trends, correlation, and seasonality;
Analyze incident records;
Configure monitoring solutions to collect metrics and logs;
Monitor dashboards and monitoring panels (infrastructure, networks, services);
Identify alerts generated by observability tools and interpret their severity;
Escalate tickets to higher levels when necessary, ensuring a proper resolution workflow;
Document procedures and incident updates in the knowledge base;
Maintain a high level of user service and satisfaction;
Create and share guides and tutorials on system usage and IT best practices;
Conduct short training sessions on tools and information security;
Track tickets until resolution and ensure user satisfaction.

ITIL v4 Foundation (for alignment with Service Desk best practices)
HDI A-TSPS
HDI A-SCA
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
