About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement workflows in the IRM/GRC module;
Work on Fullstack development of solutions focused on risk and compliance processes;
Configure forms, business rules and application flows;
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key indicators;
Support the evolution and maintenance of the module's functionalities;
Collaborate with business areas to gather and understand requirements;
Ensure development best practices, organization and standardization of solutions;
Participate in continuous improvements related to governance, compliance and internal controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Fullstack Developer;
Knowledge of IRM/GRC;
Experience with Compliance processes and Internal Controls;
Experience implementing workflows and automations;
Knowledge of developing and configuring forms and dashboards;
Ability to operate in corporate environments and integrate with business areas;
Analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
