About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reconcile and calculate ISS (municipal services tax) with various municipal authorities.
  • Prepare and submit EFD-Contribuições (PIS/COFINS) filings.
  • Issue, cancel, and manage Service Invoices (Notas Fiscais de Serviços - NFS).
  • Enter tax and fee payment requests into the SAP system.
  • Process purchase orders in SAP.
  • Respond to requests from third parties, partners, and clients regarding tax-related issues.
  • Maintain and update tax master data and parameters in SAP.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team on account reconciliations and report preparation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Previous experience in tax activities, particularly related to ISS (municipal services tax).
  • Practical knowledge of SAP, especially tax transactions and master data.
  • Experience with account reconciliations.
  • Strong communication skills and experience serving clients and partners.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively.
