About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive and log user requests in the ticketing system;
  • Categorize and prioritize tickets according to established procedures;
  • Provide remote and phone support;
  • Resolve incidents related to access, software, viruses, and infrastructure;
  • Escalate tickets when necessary;
  • Work to resolve tickets eligible for FCR (First Call Resolution);
  • Log and monitor critical incidents;
  • Assist users with technology-related inquiries.

Requirements
