About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and log user requests in the ticketing system;
- Categorize and prioritize tickets according to established procedures;
- Provide remote and phone support;
- Resolve incidents related to access, software, viruses, and infrastructure;
- Escalate tickets when necessary;
- Work to resolve tickets eligible for FCR (First Call Resolution);
- Log and monitor critical incidents;
- Assist users with technology-related inquiries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields;
- Knowledge of technical support and user support/customer service.
