About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow development team
  • Develop and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and maintain workflows and automations using Flow Designer
  • Develop APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
  • Implement customizations and improvements in ITSM modules
  • Handle incident resolution and provide ongoing support for existing solutions
  • Ensure the technical quality of deliveries and adherence to platform best practices
  • Support the team in resolving complex problems and in defining technical solutions
  • Participate in architectural discussions and propose continuous improvements to processes and applications
  • Review code and technical documentation, and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with development on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in technical leadership of teams or projects
  • Advanced knowledge of ITSM
  • Experience with Flow Designer
  • Experience with IntegrationHub
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
  • Experience with Script Includes
  • Knowledge of UI Builder
  • Experience with Transform Maps
  • Experience with Import Sets
  • Nice to have: ServiceNow certifications; experience in digital transformation projects; experience with complex integrations and large-scale corporate environments; knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules.
