About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform activities such as analysis of SCCM reports.
  • Monitor and update performance reports.
  • Communicate with transportation agencies/providers.
  • Manage project schedules.
  • Support the team in project management.
  • Develop management dashboards in Power BI.
  • Provide support and training in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Organize the warehouse/stockroom.
  • Propose improvements to logistics and IT processes.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the teams involved.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, IT Management, or Information Technology.
  • Desired certifications: AZ-900, PL-900, ITIL, COBIT
  • Knowledge of:
  • - Microsoft Office 365, with an emphasis on Advanced Excel
  • - Power BI and Power Automate
  • - Logistics techniques, inventory management, warehouse/stockroom organization, and transportation
  • - Preparation of management reports and dashboards
  • Collaborative and proactive professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
