Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects ensuring full alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.
Manage resource allocation, prepare executive summaries and continuously perform risk analysis, maintaining transparency and predictability for all stakeholders.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects with a focus on managing interdependencies and synergies across program projects, ensuring excellence in the delivery of value within budget and deadlines.
Ensure balance across Scope, Schedule, Costs, Risks, Quality, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Proven experience of 5 years (or more) managing highly complex technology projects.
Solid knowledge of Project Management disciplines (PMBOK), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and market tools (Jira / MS Project).
Understanding of the development and delivery lifecycle (DevOps) and knowledge of security processes, infrastructure and IT availability.
Negotiation skills, conflict management in corporate environments and executive (C-Level) communication.
MBA or specialization in Project Management, Processes or Business Management.
PMP certification and/or agile and scaling certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe).
