- Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions;
- Ensure process compliance with industry standards and regulations;
- Work closely with IT and business teams to understand their needs and challenges;
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or specialization in IT;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (important);
- Experience in software development and/or IT processes;
- Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management)/BPM CBOK, IT process governance, COBIT, ITIL.
- Preferred:
- Experience in IT process mapping and improvement.
