About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and assign activities to team members according to their technical profiles and the demands generated by the client operations under your responsibility;
Monitor and report the status of operations and the quality of services provided by the teams under your responsibility, and escalate to Managers in cases of deviations beyond your authority;
Track the steps and processes for resolving operational issues and provide feedback to users;
Participate in periodic meetings to prioritize operational service requests from clients;
Attend evaluation meetings with Managers and clients to assess service levels delivered;
Prepare management reports with quality and service level indicators and report to Managers and clients;
Ensure achievement of operational SLA indicators for the contracts under your responsibility;
Authorize emergency service actions in client operations when necessary to resolve technical and operational issues within your authority;
Coordinate and interact with other company teams to identify technical problems in client operations and align actions to resolve them;
Plan and manage the working hours and shift schedules of the operational teams for the contracts under your responsibility;
Ensure operation statuses and management tools are updated according to information from operational service incidents and contracted services;
Periodically report the status of operations to Managers and clients according to the established reporting format; address current and future demands of the contracts and operations under your responsibility;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related STEM field.
Knowledge in Cyber Security (GRC, Ethical Hacking, SOC, Vulnerability Management).
Proven experience as a coordinator in a business environment required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient with cybersecurity technologies and general security equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Intermediate English.
Intermediate Spanish.
ITIL certification.
