About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support for critical systems, infrastructure, and applications.
Troubleshooting related to code builds, pipelines, artifacts, and software distribution.
Active participation in audits, change management, and incident handling.
Collaboration with global teams and liaison with local stakeholders.
Promotion of best practices and automation to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Linux commands and systems.
Skills in Java scripting.
Experience with SQL (queries, table interaction, data extraction).
Experience with programming logic in any language (C# or Java or Python).
Fluent English.
**Desired requirements:**
Experience with tools such as Git, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
Familiarity with configuration and automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
Understanding of DevOps dependencies, including code review, builds, repositories, packages, and distribution.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices is a plus.
Ability to multitask in high-demand environments.
