About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain scalable applications with a focus on performance and security;
- Lead AI projects, including technical support and enhancements using Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT;
- Define system architecture and coding best practices;
- Deliver internal training on the use of AI tools;
- Automate tasks and improve user experience with conversational solutions;
- Monitor performance metrics of implemented solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience with languages such as Java, .NET, Python, and PowerShell.
- Proficiency in frameworks and microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Advanced knowledge of conversational AI (ChatGPT, Azure AI, Power Platform).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and information security.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Desirable certifications: Azure AI, Microsoft 365, software architecture.
- Experience with automation projects, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
