Key responsibilities & impact

Understand the project architecture and the breakdown of each project to ensure implementations do not exceed established boundaries.
Communicate effectively with the Product Owner (PO) to understand the needs and pain points the client wants to address.
Work with technologies such as ServiceNow Studio, tables, App Engine and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with ServiceNow, including Service Portal.
Experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS/SASS.
Experience developing Custom Widgets, Server Scripts, Workspaces and Scoped Applications.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio, tables, App Engine and automation.
Ability to understand the project architecture and how each project is structured in the database.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
